I have been a member of the Shadowridge (in Vista) Owners’ Association Board of Directors for 17 years, nine years of which I served as president. I have worked with North Coast Patrol since 2000, when the Board of Directors contracted with them to patrol and monitor parking in the Shadowridge community. I have always found North Coast Patrol to be most proficient in performing their duties. The entire staff is professional, courteous and efficient.
