How Do You Document Information Pertaining To Security Matters On Your Clients’ Properties?

All telephone calls, dispatches, security officer observations and incidents are documented in NCP’s online Web-Enablement System. The system stores data indefinitely thereby giving cliental unfettered access to the information that they require no matter the duration of time that may have elapsed.

What Are Your Operational Hours? Can we speak to someone after normal business hours?

North Coast Patrol is accessible 24-hours per day, 7 days per week, to receive telephone calls from clients. Additionally, all phone calls are answered by a live dispatcher. Unlike other companies that employ answering services, cell phones, and pagers for after-hour contact, NCP believes it is important that its clients be able to speak to a live company employee at any time around the clock.
