We realize the importance of our customers being able to speak with a live representative 24-hours per day, 7
days per week. Since the inception of the company, the founders of NCP vowed that callers would be able to speak to
actual company representatives in lieu of coping with answering services (who don’t know the ins and outs of the
company), pager systems, or automatic voicemail.
Clients are able to speak with a live dispatcher at any time to address disturbances, suspicious activity,
parking problems, and all other concerns within the purview and scope of our services.
